Custom 1/6 Scale Figure Manufacturing
As a custom figure manufacturer, Opus Figures produces 1/6 scale figures from your concept art or 3D files — handling the full process in-house, from sculpting and mold-making to casting, assembly, and hand-finishing. Sixth-scale (roughly 28–32 cm) is the collector standard for high-detail display pieces, and every project is built to your specification rather than sold from stock.
We work in resin and polystone for gallery-grade detail, and in PVC and ABS for consistent, repeatable production runs — so the same character can be produced as a limited high-end statue or scaled up for a larger commercial release. Typical turnaround is around two weeks for a prototype and one to two months for mass production, depending on quantity, material, and finishing complexity.
Beyond one-off pieces, we provide OEM and private-label manufacturing: custom sculpting, packaging, and finishing under your own brand, with export certification (CE, EN71, ASTM F963, RoHS, REACH) arranged to suit your destination market. Minimum order quantity starts from 100 units depending on the product.
