Made to order, under NDA. The workshop images below show our real production capability. We do not sell finished goods or hold stock; every project is produced to order, and your sculpt, files, and molds stay yours — never reused for other clients.
Sculpting the Master
Every figure starts with a master sculpt. Working from your concept art, reference, or 3D files, our sculptors build the form digitally in ZBrush or by hand-carving physical masters — refining proportion, likeness, and the fine surface detail that defines a collector-grade piece.
We review feasibility before anything is committed, and share the sculpt for your approval so pose, scale, and expression are exactly right.
In-House Mold Making
Approved masters move to our tooling floor. We cut steel injection molds for high-volume PVC and ABS runs, and build silicone and resin tooling for statues and low-volume production — all in-house, so quality control never leaves our roof.
Each mold is refined and test-shot by hand until the surface, seam lines, and fit meet our standard, ensuring the hundredth unit matches the first.
Molding, Casting & QC
With tooling ready, we move into production — injection molding for PVC and ABS, resin casting and rotocasting for statues and art toys, with articulation added where an action figure calls for it.
Every white model is inspected before it advances: we check for flash, air pockets, and fit, and trim and clean each part by hand so the finish stage starts from a flawless base.
Painting & Finishing
Finishing is where a figure comes to life. We combine automated spray booths and tumble-polishing lines for consistent base coats and smooth surfaces with skilled hand-painting and airbrushing for faces, gradients, and the fine details collectors judge a piece by.
Finished figures are QC'd again, then packed — custom color boxes, blister packs, or blind-box formats — ready for export to your market.

Throughout the custom figure manufacturing process, your intellectual property is protected: every project is produced under NDA, and your sculpt, 3D files, and molds remain your property and are never reused for other clients. We are low-MOQ friendly, working with independent designers and crowdfunders as well as established brands, and we manufacture to international safety standards such as ASTM F963, EN71, and REACH, with third-party testing arranged for the markets you sell into.
From first sketch to finished shipment, a typical prototype takes around two weeks and mass production one to two months, depending on material, quantity, and finishing complexity.
